With just two weeks until the MAST team, TCC and stand builders go on site in preparation for the tenth MAST Conference & Exhibition (4th to 6th June), now is your last chance to…

Authors

Upload your Presentations, Biography and Final paper now! Select your session in the list of papers by author, and you should see a form to upload your information. You will need to be signed in to the MAST site in order to be recognised as an author.

(If you don’t, your Session Chair will not allow you to speak.)

Promote your session on any of the MAST Supporters Groups on LinkedIn.

Exhibitors

Order your catering, furniture, AV, other services from the exhibitor manual.

Notify [email protected] of any VIPs that you wish to request a meeting with (state three preferred times), from the circulated pre-reg list.

Conference Delegates

Book now to get better registration fees than on site.

Annual Party*

If your registration doesn’t include a ticket to the party, you need more, or would like to invite guests, you don’t have to miss out. A limited number of tickets are still available – ask at the front desk for details.

Lunch/coffee vouchers*

If your registration doesn’t include a three-course lunch and refreshments, ask about the daily vouchers package at the front desk.

Ship visits

ONCE you have collected your badge, on the day of your preferred visit, you can register at the front desk.

Parking at MAST

Whilst those of you driving to MAST this year will find parking lower priced than most European venues, we have limited parking for 100 places, so be sure to pick up your pass as soon as you arrive.

Don’t forget to start using the MAST Contact Exchange Facility NOW, from your MAST Community member area to pre-arrange meetings during MAST. This will maximise your networking time spent at MAST. Simply search among over 11,000 MAST members for contacts, and click to initiate an introduction to those that interest you.
