MAST Asia 2017 conference timetable live!
Wed 22 Feb 2017 @ 9:40
For MAST Asia’s conference programme running in Tokyo on 12–14 June 2017, a well-oversubscribed call for papers has resulted in extended allocation time needed by the MAST committee to deliberate over which presentations to include.
That process is now complete, and the MAST Asia 2017 conference timetable is finally live.
As you will see, this year’s programme will deliver truly comprehensive and international perspectives on naval/air defence/security operations and technologies, from every operational domain.
Early-bird delegate rates are available just until 31st March 2017 and seats are allocated on a first-come, first served basis.
Bell Helicopter set for lift off at MAST Asia
Mon 13 Feb 2017 @ 9:56
Bell Helicopter have confirmed participation in this June’s MAST Asia 2017 in Tokyo as Bronze sponsor, with a significant presence in both trade-show and conference.
Bell, A Textron company (incidentally whom visitors can also meet at MAST Asia) supply a variety of air platforms that support a broad range of global military missions including Bell V-280 Valour, Bell UH-1Y Yankee Utility helicopter, Bell AH-1Z Attack helicopter, and perhaps most prominently proposed for amphibious capabilities in the region, the Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey (pictured).
Delegates to the MAST Asia conference will be able to hear in depth presentations on Bell’s offerings, and of course meet executives on their booth to answer specific technical/operational queries.
Bell’s participation is indicative of an increase in MAST exhibitors that specialise in air systems for maritime missions, such as amphibious operations.
2017 Call for Papers oversubscribed
Mon 13 Feb 2017 @ 9:55
Once again, submissions to the MAST conference committee have outstripped available presentation slots.
However, the committee has done its best to accommodate the best of all proposed presentations, and the MAST Asia 2017 conference programme is intended to be made available by the end of this week.
